All buildings, driveways, and walkways are laid out amidst stunning gardens, hedges, palms, flower trees and bushes. Several ponds are home to native fish. The resort was built between 1998 and 1999 with the Lanna House and additional Rice Barn being added a few years later. All buildings are in excellent condition. Construction was supervised by an engineer from Great Britain. Swiss designed bricks with airflow system were used throughout. All electric and plumbing systems are underground.

Sale includes Thai registered company, plus all buildings and accommodation including manager's house are selling fully equipped and furnished. The vendor will retain only personal effects and a few keep-sakes from the manager's house. You will take over a fully operational facility with bookings already in place into 2009.

The resort is owned by a Thai registered company under German management. It is well advertised internationally in various guides, internet, and map publications and has enjoyed the patronage of the Queen of Thailand. It is registered with T.A.T.
