well appointed traditional buildings provide accommodation for up to 42

already set up for further expansion. Additional possibility to purchase
neighbouring fruit farm of approx 8 Rai (12600m2) and other adjoining

All
buildings, driveways, and walkways are laid out amidst stunning gardens,
hedges, palms, flower trees and bushes. Several ponds are home to native
fish. Many different and rare jungle
flowers & trees complete the idyllic environs. These are complemented by well
displayed antique farming implements reflecting the ancient Lanna heritage of
the area.
Part
of the property is being used for farming delicious local fruits – longan,
lychees, and mango. In addition to the existing older trees is a large area
of low growing, fruit intense, mango trees, manao (lemon) bushes, and guava.
Altogether there are some 15 different varieties of fruit trees and bushes
on the land. Beautiful and pure jungle, with many different hill tribe
villages, waterfalls, and caves, begins right behind the Resort.
The resort was built between 1998 and 1999 with the Lanna House and
additional Rice Barn being added a few years later. All buildings are in excellent
condition. Construction was supervised by an engineer from Great Britain. Swiss designed bricks
with airflow system were used throughout. All electric and plumbing systems
are underground.
Sale includes Thai registered company, plus all
buildings and accommodation including manager's house are selling fully
equipped and furnished. The vendor will retain only personal effects and a
few keep-sakes from the manager's house. You will take over a fully
operational facility with bookings already in place into 2009.
The
resort is owned by a Thai registered company under German management. It is
well advertised internationally in various guides, internet, and map
publications and has enjoyed the patronage of the Queen of Thailand. It is
registered with T.A.T. (Tourism Authority of Thailand) and is licensed to
